Outlook 2000 crashes after clicking on Next button in e-mail

Hello,

I've been running into a problem when I scroll through my
messages by clicking on either the Next button or Previous
button when already in an e-mail. It will keep on going
fine until I run into an e-mail that has about 2 or more
lines of recipients. When it hits one of those e-mails,
Oulook crashes with an exception error. I noticed though
when I hide the header so as not to see all the
recipients, I can continue to keep pressing Next or
Previous without the program crashing. Has anyone seen
this before? And if so, can you tell me how you remdied
it?

Do you have the latest Service Pack installed?

No, I'm noticing that it's only been upgraded to SR-1.
Was something in 2 or 3 supposed to fix this?

oops, wait a minute, SP-2 and 3 were only for XP/2002,
right? I should be all up to speed with SR-1 I believe,
as far as 2000 goes.
