Outlook 2000 crashes

I received an email that crashes Outlook everytime I try
to open it or delete it. How can I get rid of it?
(A virus scan found no viruses.)

try creating a second .pst file. then move the message to
the new .pst file and close the new .pst file. now you
can go and delete the second .pst file.
