Outlook 2000 Crashing

After working flawlessly for more than 3 yrs, Outlook 2000 conts to crash
for no app. reason. Click on the icon, the inbox displays, hangs for a
couple of secs then crashes.

Error Sig is as follows:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.6604 ModName: msvcrt.dll
ModVer: 7.0.2600.2180 Offset: 00037324

I need my Calendar!! Please help. Someone....
