outlook 2000 custom form reply/forward problem

I designed a custom message form in outlook 2000. When I open the item sent
with the custom form, and reply or forward this item to somebody, the size of
message body box become smaller than before, but the custom form size dose
not change. Dose anybody know what's wrong with it?
