Outlook 2000 distribution list

Hi all,

I have a question I hope someone can help me with.

I want to create a sort of address book with company name,
e-mail address and fax number. I want other people to
access this information and be able to search for a
company and click a button to send an e-mail or fax (via e-
mail).

How do I go about doing this?

All help greatly appreciated.

Is there some reason the Contact Folders and Outlook Address Book do not
meet your needs? That's what they are for.

I can create an address book with this information, but
then I don't know how to share it amongst other people.

Outlook does not use a separate address book file. You can create a
distribution list, but it will be very limited. Why can't you just create a
Contact Folder that you distribute to others?
