Outlook 2000 Distribution List ?

I have a list of 20 email addresses sent to me in an email. I want to put
these addresses into a Distribution List.

Is there a way to do this by copying all 20 addresses and putting them in as
a chunk rather than having to enter each one individually to get them into
the DL?
