Outlook 2000 does not shut down properly

I've searched the KB with no success. When i close
Outlook 2000, it does not shut down all the way. I'm left
with a small window that says, "Please wait while
Microsoft Outlook exits". The window never goes away
unless i end the process thru task manager.
