I have a user with Outlook 2000, using a PST file. When they are
online and they look at an email with embedded HTML images they can
view it without error.
When they go offline all they see is HTML code.
Here is what I have done.
1) Created a new PST file.
2) Sent the same message to another user and they were able to see it
online and off.
3) Verified offline setting in outlook.
$) Called Microsoft and they have no idea.
How about any of you?
