I am running Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 business server.
Outlook was open while I was working with Quark and
Photoshop applications. When I went back to Outlook, the
folders I had created in Outlook and all of the contents
were missing. The folders are still on the "m" drive on
the server, but I do not know how to get them back to my
Outlook profile.
What do I need to do? I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
I redownloaded SP-1a.
Outlook does refer to inbox repair. I have looke it up
"scanpst.exe" but I am not exactly sure what that will do
or how to use it. Actually, I do not know what file to
insert or browse for to do the repair on.
Thanks,
Bev
