Outlook 2000 Email Error

I recently installed Office 2000 and keep getting an
error when opening Outlook. The error reads, "Unable to
open the default emails. Please try again." It then logs
an error and shuts down Outlook. I have re-installed 3
times and no better results.

Please help.
