Outlook 2000 email signatures - double spaced?

Hi there -
I'm using Outlook 2000, and have noticed that when I set up my email
signature it appears as double-spaced in new email messages. In the
signature editor it looks fine - single spaced just like it should. Is there
a fix for this? We are including a .jpg image at the bottom of the signature
- not sure if that's what is causing it or not. Any help would be very
appreciated - thanks!!
