Outlook 2000 email slow

Thank you for your time to read this.

I have just recently updated my NAV 2003 to NAV 2004.
Incoming email was fine until then. Now it is real slow. I
also have "DISABLED" NAV and it is still slow.

I also use Outlook Express for a couple of email addresses
and it is working flawlessly with NAV 2004.

I do not have any message rules set that would slow it
down.

Any suggestions?
