Outlook 2000 error

Hello

I use Outlook 2000 and in the contacts sections I get a
script error on some of my contacts when I try to open
them. Clicking OK lets me into the contact

By producing a phone list I can see under the Icon colum
that the contacts I am trying to open are pinned (a small
icon with a pin in it)and are the same contacts that are
producing the script error. I cannot work out how to
unpin these contacts
