Outlook 2000 Error

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when ever I try to send
an email, it received OK.

OUTLOOK.exe Entry Point Not Found - The procedure entry
point StrTOKex could not be located in the dynamic link
library MS0ERT2.DLL

This is followed by a second error message which says:

an error occured while attempting to open windows
AdressBook unable to find the WAB DLL.

Can any body help.
