outlook 2000 event handler

hello team,

I am trying to find out, how I can detect in VBA that the user just
clicked the folder list away.
I know now how to respond to menu events, but I am wondering how I can
respond to the folder list going down without the menu being used.

hoping for a solution !

You can't, there's no event for changing if the Folder List is being
displayed. You would have to handle the menu button click event I described
earlier.
