I'm currently using Outlook 2000, Windows XP and Excel 2000. I can't open an
excel attachement sent from a certain user. When I double click on the
attahcement to open it, it opens the windows/system32 folder. If I try and
save the attachement it gives me the following error
"Outlook cannot save the URL to a file. Path does not exist. Make sure path
is correct"
Additionally, another user (with the same computer configuration) who was cc
on the email was able to open the attachement without any problems. My
computer is clean, no spyware/viruses. Did anyone encounter the same problem
or know how to fix it?
