Various users on our network are experiencing this problem.
We are using Outlook 2000/XP connected to an Exchange 2000
server.
When a user sends an email, the mail remians in the Outbox
until the user clicks within another area of their mailbox
i.e. Calendar, Contacts, sub folder, etc, etc. Once the
user clicks, the mail dissapears from the Outbox instantly.
Also some users are having difficulty opening attachments
that are larger than approx 400Kb. Normally the
attachments open instantly but recently a user can wait up
to 30-40 seconds before the attachment is opened. It does
not depend on the attachment either, it can be a word doc,
Excel doc, or .pdf file.
Has anyone got any ideas?
