Outlook 2000 Form Not Forwarding In Windows XP

Blas

Hello Sirs & Madams

I created numerous outlook froms that worked well in Windows 98. As some of our users, and potentially more of the users in the future, now are working on Windows XP and when these users attempt to forward these custom forms, the form appears in their screen but after the end-user receives their forwarded form, the message appears blank. Is there any solution to this? Please respond with further questions if I have not stated enough details

Thank you!

Thanks for responding Sue!!

The forms are saved on a network drive accessible to all...

The forms are published in everyones Personal Forms Library...

Please let me know if you require additional info in order to help me out.

Thank you,

Alfredo

Are they published with the same message class in all Personal Forms
libraries? Is everyone creating the items from the published copy? On the
(Actions) page of the form, is the Forward action set to use the same form?

Please take the time to quote the original message so that people reading
your current response can understand what you're talking about. Otherwise,

Are they published with the same message class in all Personal Form
libraries

They all state IPM.Note.Credential Submission For

Is everyone creating the items from the published copy

They are all creating items from the published copy or from the copy on the network drive, which is the exact same form

On the (Actions) page of the form, is the Forward action set to use the same form

I checked that as well...the correct form name is liste

What do you believe is my best option here

Thank you, again

First thing I'd do is get rid of the copy on the network drive. It is *not*
the same as the published form. What was the problem again? Your latest
message doesn't have that information.

Basically, the forms do not allow users from XP, when Forwarding or Resending the form, the recipient users on XP or Windows 98 are unable to view the form, just a blank mail message with the correct subject line. Would it make a difference if I recreate the forms in XP? It would basically be the same form though so i'm not sure how much help this would be. Thank you for your time and I actually wanted to tell you that I did enjoy reading *some* of your book, been too busy to finish it all.

With respect
