nHi,
I have Outlook 2000 with the latest updates and when I'm either typing an
e-mail or in a Word document and an incomming message comes in with an
attachment Outlook 2000 will either freeze the computer or shutdown the
program entirely. Doesn't matter the size of the attachment as well.
I've reseated the RAM, cleaned out the system, did a disk defrag, and
scandisk, virus and spyware scan and still doesn't help. I've turned all non
essential functions off in Outlook but still does the same thing.
The computer has 256 MB ram, 1.6 Ghz proc and lots of HDD space. Very few
system resources are running as well.
Any ideas?
