We are using Outlook 2000 on an Exchange server. A user sent an email using a
DL from the GAL. An individual on this DL has not left the company and
subsequently the name has been deleted/removed from this DL. However, when
sending a message using this DL list the sender receives a undeliverable
notice indicating that the email address does not exist.
This DL does not co-exist in the user's contacts folder. We have checked and
the user is not using an old email...selecting resend and then changing the
body of the message.
Can anyone tell me what can be checked, since this is happening only with
this user. Thanks.
