In addition to my regular job, I help support a small (2
user) office. They are running Office 2000, on Win98SE.
One computer has no problems with Outlook. The second is
having constant GPFs.
The specific error received is "Outlook caused an invalid
page fault in module KRNL386.exe..."
I can find similar error messages in the knowledge base
for other modules, but none for KRNL386.exe.
This happens on a pretty regular basis, usually every 2nd
or 3rd time the user tries to reply to a message.
Any ideas/tips/help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
