Outlook 2000 hangs on exit. One user only. multiple machines

We use roaming profiles. Shared machine environment. This user has a hang
everytime they exit Outlook. Ending task is only solution. Happens on
mulitple machines but only Outlook 2000 machines. 2002 machines are OK.

I've disabled virus scan, eliminated all add ins. Nothing has fixed it yet.

Suggestions?
