Outlook 2000 Hangs on Exit

When exiting outlook 2000, the exiting outlook screen jut hangs and then
only way to get rid of this screen is to Task manager and close.
This happens on 98,ME,XP PCs.
We have recently moved from a SBS 4.5 NT network to a SBS2003 network could
this have some thing to do with this issue.
