Outlook 2000 hangs while closing

I have a user who's on Windows 2000 SP4 with Office 2000
SP3 and on a W2K roaming profile. Got him set up on his
system and he's been doing okay for 2 weeks until last
Friday.

Whenever he tries to close out of Outlook, he just gets
the message 'Please wait while Outlook closes...'. It
doesn't close. He would have to do an End Task to kill
the process. Already tried to uninstall and reinstall
Outlook. Tried recreating a new Outlook profile. No luck.

Anyone out there who can offer some advice (outside of
getting the user OFF of a roaming profile!)?
