Hello and HELP!
Running Win 2K; can't open Outlook 2000. Splash screen,
folder list, messages come up but then it hangs. Same
thing in /safe mode. I used scanpst to repair pst file,
did not detect errors. Tried creating new .pst file, new
user name, did not work. Deleted extend.dat, outcmd.dat
files. Ran all system scans, defrag, etc. Still same
problem. One possible cause - this is my old work machine,
which had Norton Antivirus corporate installed. I now use
as my home machine. Today I uninstalled NAV Corporate as I
switched to Zone Alarm w/antivirus. I first got the
problem after the uninstall (with and w/o ZA running).
Maybe Outlook is looking for NAV Corporate as an add-in?
If so is there a way to disable outside of running
Outlook? Any help appreciated.
