Outlook 2000 in XP problems

In answer to an earlier query, an MVP said that Office
2000 will run in XP home. I have installed Office 2000
small business in a fresh XP installation. I have not
tired all the programs however Word comes up just fine. On
the other hand, when I try to setup Outlook 2000 it hangs
up. Any help or suggestions will be most appreciated.
