Outlook 2000 is saving attachments with a GMT date versus system

I have a user who, when she saves attachments from Outlook 2000, it saves
them with a GMT date (+4 currently). I need the attachments to show the
current system date. I see that this has happened to other users, btu
haven't seen a solution yet. Any ideas or suggestions?

Check in tools | options | calendar options....time zone & daylight savings
time may not be correct there.

Actually it is set correctly to Eastern Time. Do you have any further
suggestions?

Something is set wrong somewhere, in your time/dat settings.....

Something is set wrong somewhere, in your time/dat settings.....We've checked the date of the system in the BIOS, and in Windows, but both
of them are correct. We've applied all available patches to Office 2000, the
BIOS is the most recent provided by Dell, and we've done all Windows patches.
Do you have any further suggestions?

I'm sorry; I wish I did, but I'm out of ideas. You might try reposting (and
include all the info you've done in your replies).
