Outlook 2000 lost appointments

Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2000, yes I know, old, but it still works for me, I
think

Yesterday I performed an Archive of everything from 31/12/06 back and
it seems all my one-off appointments have disappeared, even current
ones, but all my recurring appointments are still there.

I've checked the archive file and none of the one-off appointments are
there.

Now strangely enough, I restored a backup of a .PST file from a couple
of months ago and there are no one-off appointments there either, yet
I know there were, but all the recurring ones are there.

Can anyone help me with this, what have I done wrong???
