Outlook 2000 Macro: Please Help

Can someone please help me create my very first Macro in Outlook 2000.
I am a beginner. When I go to the Tools Menu and then "Create a name"
for my Macro. Another window opens up, called a "VBA" windows.

This is where I need help please ! What exactly do I do now ?"
All I want to do is create a macro that Types two sentences, into
my Outlook email program. So please can someone tell me what to do
with this "VBA" window, Where do I type in the sentences, what buttons do
I push ? What do I click on? Please can someone just explain this to me
step by step, I'm a beginner. Thankyou, Ric

I appreciate it , but it only gives a sample code which only "inserts the
"subject" line. I am trying to find a way to have a macros Insertss some
text in the "BODY" of the message.. Please can you help me to find a sample
macro "code" that will insert somce sentences in the "Body" of the message.
I do not know how. thankyou
