Outlook 2000 Missing DLL

I recently ran the XP Home repair tool. Now when I open
Outlook 2000 I get an error message: Procedure entry
point GetIUMS could not be located in Dynamic Link
Library MSDART.DLL. I ran the Outlook repair tool. No
luck. Any ideas?
