Outlook 2000 Multiple e-mail addresses

In Outlook 2000, I have information for couples filed for personal contacts
as one contact. Filed as "Smith, Laura & John." I would like to be able to
have the multiple e-mail addresses filed separately as "Smith, Laura" and
"Smith, John." How do I accomplish this, please?
