Outlook 2000 Net Folders

Hi

I've setup netfolders on 3 Pc's, they all show the same
amount of records and distribution lists, (as for some
strange reason when I started this process some records
ended as a private contact). All 3 have admin status, and
if you look at the address book the distribution lists
contain the correct amount of addresses, however when you
goto new message and select a distribution list it is
either empty or contains a single address.

How can I correct this strange result?
