Server used: Windows 2000 Server with SP4 with Exchange Server 2000
SP3
Clients used: Windows 2000 Professional with SP4, running Outlook
2000 SP3.
Problem: User dials up to internet, activates VPN, loads up Outlook
2000. When a connection is established the following warning message
appears:
"Upload of offline changes could not be completed. Synchronization
with the offline folder file could not be completed. The information
store could not be opened"
Upon pressing F9 for full synchronization of all folders, the
following is displayed:
"Synchronization with the offline folder file could not be completed.
The information store could not be opened"
But when I quit Outlook, emails from the outbox are sent and a full
mailbox synchronization is performed.
I'm at a lost on what to do next. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Mike.
