Outlook 2000 OLE Error

Dear all,
I have a problem running Outlook2000, when I run
Outlook2000 this error occurred:
"An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not
correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program."
I try to re-install Outlook2000 over the installed one,
and uninstall it and re-install a new copy of it, but the
same error happened.
What can I do to fix this error????
