I have users that for business process reasons must check e-mail through an
internal connection to Outlook 2003 on Termserver and through a local Outlook
2000 client, both accessed from a remote laptop or desktop PC in the office.
Our problem is that the Contacts in Outlook 2000 don't show up at all, even
though the Contacts in Outlook 2003 on Termserver are intact. When the users
need to look up contact information, they have to use Termserver while in the
office, an unnecessary step. I did notice that the Outlook 2000 installs
were "Internet Mail Only" clients (done before I arrived). Is that the
source of our problem?
