Outlook 2000 on home network

Hi all - this is probably a simple problem but I have not been able to find
the answer anywhere I have looked so far. We have 2 PC's networked. Both
have Outlook 2000 installed. I want to setup Outlook on PC 'b' to look at
the pst file on PC 'a' so that all mail etc can be read from either machine.
Any ideas on how to do this gratefully received
