I need to have my remote users access Outlook 2000 via terminal server.
(Citrix)
I have installed Office 2000, including Outlook, as a published application.
I copied the .pst folder to a network directory for each user.
As a remote user, (located in another city, connected via the internet) I
pointed the Outlook app to my folder. Each time I start outlook under a new
terminal server session, it correctly points to the .pst file. Outlook can
see this folder and the email in it, but it can neither send or receive.
When I select the tools menu and look for the Account menu option, to set up
an account, the Account menu option is not there.
How can I configure so that the account is setup for each user when they
logon to a terminal session?
We are using NT 4 sp6 for our wan server and Citrix as our T/S client.
Windows T/S should work similarly.
