Outlook 2000 on Vista OS error saving contacts: no WAB DLL?

Dell Vostro 1510, Vista OS, has MS Works 9, used upgrade MS Office 2000, and
it was accepted and works, except for saving contacts in outlook. Getting
error statement: cannot save contact because no WAB DLL can be located. I'm
stuck. Help please. T.
