outlook 2000 only prints plain text emails

outlook for some reason will only print plain text
emails. html emails dont get printed period. all other
programs print correctly to the printer, only outlook is
experiencing this problem.

i am using outlook 2000, and it is running on windows NT
4.0 client. any suggestions?
