Approximately one week ago, I tried to open my email program Outlook 2000 and
it started to freeze once I clicked anywhere on the screen. I do a
Control+Alt+Delete and it shows "Personal Folders - Microsoft Outlook" and
then a status of "Not Responding".
I've tried scanning for viruses, disk cleanup, scanned for spyware Spybot,
scanned with Ad-Aware, and defraged. Still, the Outlook problem persists.
I called my interest service provider Cox.net and checked my POP3 and SMTP
settings, which were correct as they were.
I would appreciate anyones help, input, and/or support regarding this
problem and how to fix this. Having to go thru Webmail is a hassle plus I
cannot get to my address book in Outlook. I feel stranded. HELP!
