Outlook 2000 opening screen

When I open Outlook 2000, the first screen I see has the Inbox open.
The Outlook Bar has the Outlook Shortcuts revealed. I don't mind seeing
the Inbox, but I would like the Outlook Bar to reveal the shortcuts in
the "My Shortcuts" section instead. I can't seem to find a way to set
this, so I'd really appreciate some help. Many thanks.
