Hello
We have just migrated to Exchange 2003 and use Outlook 2000 along with the new version of Outlook Web Access to check our work e-mail. On some of our Windows 2000 sets which have a full version of Outlook2K installed, Outlook2K will try to start installing itself again whenever a user logs into their OWA account. All the user can do it keep hitting cancel until it finally stops trying to install Outlook. As a result the user can't use OWA on that machine to check their mail. Since we have a bunch of users who roam around each office and need the ability to check their mail from various PC's this is starting to be a major issue for us
I am just wondering if this is a known issue or if there is a patch or fix for it
Any help is appreciated
Thanks
