Hi,

I am using Outlook 2000, and just today, I cannot open all my Outlook
folders with my password. When I click Help, I got this messages:

"The help file mapping for Personal Folders could not be
located in the [help File Mappings] section of
MAPISVC.INF. Contact your administrator."

Please help!! I cannot work without Outlook ...

Thanks in advance

Examine the contents of the MAPISVC.INF file (it's readable with Notepad)
and see what file is being referenced. Locate that file on disk and see if
it's real path matches what the INF contains. If not, modify the INF to
match the real path or move the file to the path mentioned in the INF and
see if that fixes things. If it doesn't you'll have to create a new mail
profile. Just how differs depending on the mode of Outlook 2000, either
Internet Mail Only or Corporate/Workgroup.
