Outlook 2000 Post-Service Pack 3 Hotfix Package: January 13, 2004

Is this hot fix made available publicly? If not, can I obtain the fix to the
problem described in the article here:

My outlook 2000 client won't go down at all, and the sympton is exactly the
same as described in the article above.

Call 1-800-936-4900 (press 3 for hotfixes) and tell them you're calling to
obtain the hotfix described in KB [number] and they should fix you right up.
