Outlook 2000 printing blank html emails

Does anyone know what settings need to be changed in order
to print emails that are originated in HTML format? The
body of the message is text, but when printing, to any
printer, it will print the header information but not the
body. There is no actual images or coding done on the
senders part, only text. Can anyone help?
