Please forgive me for reposting this message, but I didn't get an answer the
first time round, and I am at my wits end. Any help would be very gratefully
received. Otherwise, it looks like time to reformat the hard disk, which is
never something that could really be called fun.
After upgrading office 2000 to SP3, every time I try to start outlook, I get
a message telling me it wants to install something from the Microsoft Office
2000 Premium CD. The trouble is, the computer has Microsoft Office 2000
Professional installed, not Microsoft Office 2000 Premium. We have
uninstalled and reinstalled office, followed the advice in Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article 325088, which seems to address exactly the problem we
are having, but all to no avail. We have even been through the registry
changing mentions of Office Premium to Office Professional.
Is there anything I can do to make it behave?
Thanks
