Hi, we are using outlook 2000 SR-3 in a corporate environment with
exchange 5.5, what I want to do is move all mail that my email is in
the CC box to a different folder. So I created a rules from the rules
wizard: Apply this rules after the message arrives, where my name is in
the Cc box, move it to the cc folder.
The problem I'm facing is whenever it's an internal mail the rule is
working fine but if the mail come from someone outside the message
stays in my inbox.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this.
I tried on 2 different computer running windows 2000 SP4 and outlook
2000 SR-3 with all available update and the result were the same. I
tested with other rule based on subject keyword and even the external
mail get filtered as it should be, it seems to be only with the cc
field that I'm having problem. Also I tried to set the rule that if my
name IS NOT in the "To" field to move them and no more luck either.
