Outlook 2000 Problem

I recently updated my Microsoft Outlook 2000. Before I
had (under Actions, I think) an "out of office" notifier
where I could write a message if I was out of town that
would reply to individuals to let them know I would not be
responding for a while. This feature somehow has been
eliminated, but my computer continues to respond to any
email I receive with a partial message stating "Dear
Friends". I cannot find a way to get this to stop. Any
ideas would be greatly appreciated!
