outlook 2000 problem

on some people in our office they do not recieve any email
until they click on inbox or sent then they will get all
there messages it seems like it is being delayed then the
problem will go away for awhile any suggestions?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.
