Outlook 2000 - Problems with New Mail and Format

Hello!

I hope you will understand my bad english...i have a
Problem with Outlook 2000 on a WXP Workstation.

I changed the Mailformat from "only Text" to HTML. I made
a signature for the user.

When i want to write a new Mail the Format is not correct.
It is not "Standard" but "paragraph" and so the signature
and the rest of the new mail is not displayed corectly.

Does anyone know a trick or workaround?
